A few common questions.
Do I have to work with both of you?
1
Nope. Everything is available separately. Lots of people come to just one of us and that's exactly right for them. If you ever want to add the other, it's easy to make that happen.
I'm not an athlete. Is this still for me?
2
Yes. We work with people across the full spectrum — competitive athletes, weekend warriors, people returning to movement after years away, and people who just want to feel less terrible. You don't need a sport or a performance goal to deserve good support.
Does Victoria take insurance?
3
Victoria is an out-of-network provider. She can provide a superbill for clients who want to seek reimbursement through their insurance. Reach out directly to talk through the details.
What if I don't know what I need?
4
Tell us that. Seriously. It's one of the most common things people say when they reach out, and it's a totally fine place to start. We'll ask a few questions and help you figure it out together.
Victoria is licensed in Illinois and Colorado and offers both in-person and telehealth sessions. April works with clients in-person and remotely depending on service type. Both are available for travel-based consulting for the right scope of work.
